The Hip
Twister outdoor fitness equipment Consists of a swivel stand
which rotates as the arms and shoulders are held square in the overhead holds.
Standing with the spine straight, rotate slowly to the stretch position,
alternating directions. While rotating right, the left internal and external
oblique are stretched, and to a lesser extent, the abdominal and extensor
muscles. Reversing direction works the same muscles on the other side.
This is not a power exercise, so it might take several minutes of easy
repetitions to achieve the best results
Basic information:
A¡¢All steel pipe are galvanized steel pipe, pipe thickness
3mm, main pipe: 114*3mm, other pipe:60*3mm and so on.
B. Plastic parts: Made of import LLDPE which is no poison and smell, anti-UV,
anti-static, anti-crack, anti-aging; finished with rotational molding
technology.
C. Metal parts: Made in the national standard steel pipe, welded by the
industrial robot, strong and smooth.
D. Screw: All the screws are No.304 stainless steel material (GB/T1221-1992).
E. Painting: Using the Korean import electrostatic powder coating production
line to painting.
